Crafted in the New World style, this luscious, fruit-forward wine reveals notes of juicy bing cherries and raspberries. On the palate, it continues its rich, dense style while exhibiting a touch of dustiness from the legendary Los Carneros terroir.
Los Carneros is the southernmost AVA in the Napa Valley, and is the only Napa County AVA that overlaps into Sonoma County. Its close proximity to the San Pablo Bay allows for much cooler climates compared to the rest of the valley, making it a perfect growing location for Burgundian varietals such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Food Pairing Notes
This balanced and supple wine will compliment a variety of dishes from shellfish to lean grilled meats and vegetables.
