Ahi Avocado Salad with Ponzu
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsps water
- 2 tbsps rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tsps lime juice (with zest to taste)
Mix well and pour over cubed Ahi and Avocado.
