Very complex and spicy aromas of hazelnut, honey, cinnamon, honeysuckle, and apricot plus a floral note of rose petals in the nose. It is extremely round and lush, just slightly sweet with an oily-rich viscosity providing a great mouth-feel packed with flavors of ripe peach, green apple and impeccably balanced with crisp acidity.
Food Pairing Notes
Ideal with lighter fare and spicy food, over fresh fruit for a special end to a meal or as a dessert all by itself.

This just explodes with so many flavors when it hits your palate. A lovely surprise during our tasting, best white wine I have had. (coming from someone who enjoys reds!)
