  astello di Amorosa is delighted to offer your group a unique opportunity to personally experience the essence of winemaking. We want the experience to be in depth, genuinely educational, and hands on --but lots of fun too! |
 s you know, we are a CASTLE— a unique backdrop with stunning views of the Napa Valley — all which await your day of activities. But first and foremost, we are a winery and truly in full swing during harvest. We invite your team to take a break from their normal activities of the week and join us for a modern day lesson in winemaking and to participate in an old-fashioned GRAPE STOMP! |
 tart off the day with the Wine expert for a fascinating tour of our state-of-the-art winery. You’ll experience winemaking - from the vineyard harvest to production - as the winery team prepares another great vintage. Take a peek in our caves and tantalize your senses from the aroma of wine in our underground Roman cross-vaulted cellars where a barrel tasting awaits. |
 hen, join us in one of the Castle’s private rooms for an evocative food and wine pairing luncheon. You will enjoy some of the very same varietals of grapes you saw harvested earlier in the day and then perfectly paired with a gourmet meal. |
 verything is set as next we take your group back in time for their very own squishy sweet turn in the original, quite messy, and extraordinarily fun method associated with the winemaking process - the afternoon GRAPE STOMP! |
