WINE SHIPMENTS
Due to legal restrictions on shipping wine, there are several states to which we are unable to ship. If you are uncertain about shipping wine to your state, please call 707.967.6274. Tax or excise tax may be charged in each applicable state as determined by state and local laws of the customer and Castello di Amorosa.All wine orders must be placed by a person of at least 21 years of age. Verification of age and an adult signature are required at time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until verification is produced, or the shipment may be returned to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and charged to the customer.
In order to expedite your order, we recommend delivery to a business address.
All shipments are shipped ground unless otherwise requested. Please allow at least 14-21 business days for normal delivery for all out-of-state shipments and 7-14 business days within the state of California.
To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer 2-day Air service by our couriers. Additional shipping costs will be applied.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
1. Please contact the winery within 14 days of receipt of goods via phone at 707.967.6274 or via email at club@castellodiamorosa.com.
2. Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product. Please note, our products are guaranteed against breakage or damage in transit, but not based on personal taste.
3. All wine, retail, or event ticket sales are final and are not eligible for refund.
4. All event tickets are non-transferable.

WHERE MAY I BUY THE WINES?
Our wines are available for purchase only at the Castello di Amorosa Winery or on our website at www.castellodiamorosa.com.
WHAT TYPES OF WINES DO YOU OFFER?
Castello di Amorosa offers beautifully hand-crafted Italian style wines . We offer Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer (Dry and Sweet), Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Super Tuscan Blends. We also have unusual dessert wines such as a Late Harvest Gewürztraminer, "Il Passito" - a Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc blend, our very popular La Fantasia, and a beautiful Muscato called Il Raggio del Sole.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
For tours of the Castle and Winery, reservations are required and may be made by calling the Castaldo (Concierge) at (707) 967-6272 . No reservations are necessary if you wish to taste only.
DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN AT THE WINERY?
Children of all ages are welcome to the Castle. Children ages 5 years and older are welcome on our tours. During peak season, Castello di Amorosa has established private tasting areas for parents with children where parents can participate in wine tasting while their children color and enjoy grape juice in the comfort of the Castello. Please note that reservations are required for all tours.
ARE THERE ANY FEES TO VISIT THE CASTLE AND WINERY AT CASTELLO DI AMOROSA?
There is an entrance fee per person to visit the Castle and Winery. Please view our web page "Visit Us" for the most current information.
MAY I DO A "SELF-GUIDED" TOUR?
We do not permit self-guided tours of the facility. There is so much to see that we would appreciate the opportunity to show it to you during our scheduled tours.
MAY WE HOLD OUR WEDDING CEREMONY OR WEDDING RECEPTIONS AT THE CASTLE?
Regretfully, our permit does not allow us to hold weddings or wedding recptions on this property. However, we can greatly endorse our sister winery, V. Sattui Winery just down the road in Saint Helena where weddings may be held. Be certain to visit them at vsattui.com.
MAY WE PICNIC AT THE WINERY?
We are sorry, but, our permit does not allow for picnicking.
DO YOU HAVE A GIFT SHOP?
We have a wonderful gift shop located near our main tasting room. You will find beautiful wine related gift items such as specially made coasters with representations of the Castle "frescoes", wine racks, fabulous chocolates, apparel, and many other unique items.
DO YOU HAVE A WINE CLUB?
