These are estimated transit times beginning from the day following the carrier pickup. Tracking may be sent prior to or the same day of the carrier pickup. These transit times do not account for carrier delays. Zoned business deliveries are made Monday-Friday and zoned residential deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday.

- Due to the requirement that someone 21+ years sign upon receipt, we recommend:
- Tracking your shipment to view status updates and the estimated delivery date as well as missed delivery attempts and location hold updates.
- Shipping to a business location when available and reliable.
- Shipping to a FedEx ground approved pickup location (Tracking code and government issued ID required).
- Details to keep in mind:
- The carrier is not obligated to make a courtesy call regarding delivery/pickup status.
- The Hold at Location timeframe is generally 3-5 business days.
