Returns & Cancellations
Due to legal restrictions on shipping wine, there are several states to which we are unable to ship. If you are uncertain about shipping wine to your state, please call 707.967.6277. State sales tax will be charged in each applicable state as determined by state and local laws of the wine recipient's state.
Per Federal law all wine orders must be placed by a person of at least 21 years of age. Verification of age and an adult signature are required at time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until verification is produced, or the shipment may be returned to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and charged to the customer.
In order to expedite your order, we recommend delivery to a business address.
All shipments are shipped ground unless otherwise requested. Please allow at least 14-21 business days for normal delivery for all out-of-state shipments and 7-14 business days within the state of California.
To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer 2-day Air service by our couriers. Additional shipping costs will be applied.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
1. Please contact the winery within 14 days of receipt of wine via phone at 707.967.6277 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product. Please note, our products are guaranteed against breakage or damage in transit, but not based on personal taste.
3. All wine, retail, or event ticket sales are final and are not eligible for refund.
4. All event tickets are non-transferable.
