Lupo (Italian for Wolf) may be seen from time to time escorting guests on tours when led by owner, Dario Sattui. (We suspect he knows the tour route better than even Dario!) Lupo, a long-haired German Shepherd has been at the Castle for over seven years and prides himself on being able to determine the difference between the barrel aged Chardonnay and the steel aged Chardonnay.
